Policies on Shipping

Orders placed via TMS-Menagerie.com ship within 2 to 5 business days of order being placed with the exception of Custom Orders (see below). In the event that TMS-Menagerie has questions on your order we will email you ASAP — response delays from you may extend time required to ship your order.

No Shipping To PO Boxes

We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please ensure you enter a physical shipping address that FedEx or UPS delivers to.

Additional Shipping Charges for Items Over 94"

Please note that products over 94" may require additional freight charges. We will contact you after purchase to provide exact costs.

Shipping for Custom Products

All custom orders (products which require customization or products ordered via one of the below listed product configurators) take up to 14 to 21 business days to produce.

Shipping Insurance

You have the choice to insure all orders placed via TMS-Menagerie.com. In the event you do not select insurance you assume all shipping liability.

Shipping Carriers

All TMS-Menagerie.com orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or LTL carrier. LTL carrier fees vary frequently and you may be contacted by TMS support if additional fees are required.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based upon the dimensions and weight of the item(s) in your order, whether or not they require special handling, and based upon how we must pack the items. Your shopping cart will display the price for shipping your order based upon the items in your cart. For some orders, additional shipping fees may be required due to product size, shipping partner fees, or ship to location. We will contact you if such a situation arises. TMS-Menagerie does not set shipping fees.

International Shipping

At this time, orders placed on TMS-Menagerie.com can only be shipped to the United States. International orders may be accepted, but you must contact us first.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and the tracking number, if available. Some LTL carriers do not provide tracking immediately.

Delivery Dates

TMS-Menagerie does not control actual delivery dates. Once items have been shipped, any transit or delivery date questions should be directed to the carrier. TMS-Menagerie does not promise or guarantee any delivery dates.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are delivered digitally only. No physical gift certificate exists, and therefore cannot be shipped. You may, however, print out the Gift Certificate email and give it to someone if you'd like.
