How Long Would You Like Your Single Traverse Rod?
In inches rounded to the nearest quarter inch and in decimal form, please enter your desired rod length below. Do not include extra length for finials. The maximum length is 192 inches (16ft) for a one-way draw and 384 inches (32ft) for a center draw.
Because your rod is over 90 inches, we've recommend the following changes:
- To save on shipping, we recommend splicing your rod in half at the center.
- If you choose to splice in the center, you'll be limited to selecting Center Draw only.
- For rods over 90", we will contact you after placing your order to review additional freight costs and obtain payment.

Would You Like a Plug-In or Cordless Motor?
Menagerie offers a choice of 2 Somfy® motors: 2 plug-in models and 1 cordless model. Plug-in motors hold weights from 77 lbs - 132 lbs, while the cordless motor hold weights up to 99 lbs.

Menagerie SMART Track Motors Available in Both Cordless and Plug-In Models
We offer the Somfy® Irismo Cordless Motor. This motor comes with a rechargeable battery, with an optional charging cord available if you wish. Additionally, we offer the Somfy® Gydea® ULTRA 35e and Gydea® ULTRA 60e as plug-in models. All Somfy® motors come with a 5-channel remote. You may add an additional 5-channel remote if you wish.
When deciding between a plug-in motor (the Somfy® Glydea® 35e or 60e) or a cordless motor (the Somfy® Irismo®), please keep the folowing important information in mind.
- The Somfy® Glydea ULTRA 35e will smoothly transistion drapery panels weighing up to 77 lbs.
- The Somfy® ULTRA 60e - Built for heavier panels weighing up to 132 lbs.
- The Somfy® Irismo motor has a built-in rechargable battery and carries panels weighing up to 99 lbs.
- All Somfy® motors come with a 5-channel remote control.

Choose how you want your rod to be mounted - Your traverse track can be mounted directly to the ceiling without a rod fascia by using a Ceiling Clip, or a track can be mounted to the ceiling with a rod fascia using Ceiling Extension Brackets, or your traverse rod can be mounted to the wall with End Support Brackets and Center Support Brackets. Select Your Fascia Style
Rod Fascias are custom spliced diagonally in the center and permanently attached to a color coordinated dual-glide track. Wood rod fascias may be selected in 2” smooth or fluted designs. 1-3/8” wood rod fascias may be selected in smooth, reeded, and square designs, and metal rods may be selected in a 1-1/4” compatible smooth design.
Info on Mitered Returns
Mitered returns are achieved when a fascia is cut in such a way that produces a 90° angle which returns straight into the wall from the right and left ends of your rod. You may select a return length anywhere from 3.5" to 6".

Important Note
We have provided the recommended powder-coated finish for the dual-glide traverse track that will be used in the fabrication of your traverse rod. This track finish will color coordinates with the rod fascia you have selected. You may choose to change the dual-glide track finish to any of the four powder coated finishes by selecting a different option below.

Pinch Pleat vs Ripple Fold
Pinch Pleat drapery fabric is hemmed in a fashion which produces a narrowing near the top of the curtain panel, while Ripple Fold is hemmed to produce a straight appearance that does not narrow.

Choosing Ripple Fold Fullness
The fullness of the Ripplefold is determined by the spacing of the Ripplefold carriers. The higher the fullness percentage, the more undulating folds the fabric has. Refer to the chart below for an approximation of the available percentages.

Since you selected a Center Draw Ripple Fold carrier, you have the option of choosing a Master Carrier style: Butt Master or Overlap Master.

Butt Master vs Overlap Master
Since you selected a Center Draw with Ripple Fold carriers, you may also select how the center draws together. With Butt Master, the curtain pleats butt up against each other with no overlap. With Overlap Master, the curtain pleats slightly overlap, as arms on the right and left carriers are positioned offset from each other, allowing each to pass beyond each other for a short distance.

Select the finials that you would like for your Single Traverse Rod. Finials are presented in the finish that matches your fascia selection.
Finials are not Compatible with a Direct Ceiling Mount
Since you selected a Direct Ceiling Mount, finials are not compatible with your Single Traverse Rod. You may go back to Step 2 and select a Extended Ceiling Mount if you'd like finials. Please also be sure to select a fascia style other than No Fascia. Otherwise, please continue.

Since you selected No Fascia, finials are not compatible with your Single Traverse Rod. You may go back to Step 3 and select a fascia if you'd like finials. Otherwise, please continue.

Corded or Baton Pull is Not Compatible with Motorization
Since you selected motorization, the option for a corded or baton pull draw type is not compatible with your Single Traverse Rod. You may go back to Step 1 and select no motorization if you'd like manual operation. Otherwise, please continue.

Select whether you would like a cord pull or batons to draw your drapery panels. NOTE: As of June 1, 2024, all window covering products sold in the United States must be cordless or have inaccessible cords or approved tensioning devices. Menagerie is complying with this new safety standard from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Window Covering Manufacturers Association by offering both baton options in acrylic, fiberglass, or powder-coated metal, and a corded tension safety device that meets ANSI 22, July 2024 Rev B standards.
