Policies on Payment
Payments must be submitted at time of purchase. Coupons, if not expired, valid, and applicable to your account, are accepted and the value of such will be deducated from the order subtotal.
Order or Pricing Errors
In the event a pricing error occurs, the following applies:
- In the event of a pricing or billing error which results in an erroneously lower price, TMS-Menagerie reserves the right to cancel and refund an order. TMS-Menagerie may also reach out via email or phone with additional potential solutions.
- In the event of a pricing or billing error which results in an erroneously higher price, TMS-Menagerie will issue a partial refund back to the original payment method.
Coupons and Discounts
Coupons and discounts may be offered from time to time. All coupons and discounts are subject to cancellation at the discretion of TMS-Menagerie with little to no notice. To use a coupon, you must checkout and submit payment before the coupon expiration. Coupon limitations may apply.
Tax Calculation
Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed in your Shopping Cart and at checkout.
Tax-Exempt Status for Resellers
Rsellers only: By entering your Sales Tax Exemption Number when registering you are stating that you will be reselling product subsequent to all laws and regulations stipulating such. All purchases made via a Certificate of Registration are subject to cancellation or the subsequent issuance of a sales tax invoice in the event sales tax exemption status cannot be verified. By entering your number when registering you agree to these terms.
